I just spent the weekend cooking Pasteles, Tamales and Hallacas which is a  typical Christmas dish in both Colombia and Venezuela. I’m serving them at my next dinner party and people can have them on my Friday takeaway as well.

 

Below are some photos of the lovely ingredients in it, I made over 170 of them!! I hope people appreciate the work involved and that they enjoy them!
