I created this delicious spiced breakfast spread from a recipe from my grandmother
in Colombia. As a child I watched my grandmother cook big pots of Dulce and I’ve
always loved the taste of it.
I started making my Dulce when I came to England in 1995 as I was fortunate enough
to find all the ingredients here.
This year I decided to make my Dulce into a commercial product so that other people
can enjoy this lovely, spread with its rich aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Dulce goes well with toast, brioche, croissant, hot cross buns, crackers or you can
just eat it on its on!
It is suitable for vegetarians and it is gluten and dairy Free!
