          Empanadas de carne molida con aji casero (meat patties with a

           home-made chilli salsa)

 

         Bunuelos de maiz con camarones (sweet corn and prawn fritters with

         sour cream and feta dip)

Pescado guisado con ahogao salsa y leche de coco

(pan fried sea bass/bream in ahogao salsa and coconut milk)

 

Served with

rice, avocado salad, ripe fried plantain and patacones
